St.Silas Church, Islington, London Nu-lok system with Glendyne Natural Slates The only Grade 2 listed church in the UK to have been granted planning permission to install a photo voltaic system to generate its electricity requirement. The system provides 14.92 kwp of electricity. The Local authority were so impressed by the way the Nu-lok panels integrated themselves within the nu-lok system and still allowed them to have a Natural slate roof which would not have been the case with other photo voltaic manufacturers. |
