Kingspan are working in close co-operation with Nu-lok on the KS1000 TS
system.
The Nu-lok 1.2 mm galvanised steel battens are ideally suited for the metal
top sheet of the KS1000 TS, providing additional strength and stiffening to
the entire roof installation and a safe and strong ladder way for roof
tilers.
In addition, metal to metal fixing promotes the opportunity for the
battening to be fixed on site by the roof panel installation crew.
The advantages however, only begin there. The uniqueness of the Nu-lok
system provides for the roof covering to securely clipped to the battens,
reducing the time required for installation without effecting the robustness
of the system or its attractive appearance.
The Nu-lok system allows for the changeover of individual shingles in
seconds, without resort to mechanical fixings or any tools.
